This is a another clear example of an unexciting game. NC State comes with a record of 6-6 and Rutgers with a record of 7-5. Clearly both teams are good enough to make it to this bowls but not good enough to make you want to watch the game. Their stats are pretty much the same and both teams were doing terrible at the beginning of the season but they came back to be in this bowl; Rutgers has the slight advantage number wise, rutgers is the clear favorite and it seems like there is nothing nc state can do to stop them, so my pick will be RUTGERS -7.
