There are several great story lines in this game. Both teams could have new head coaches before the year is over due to lackluster play. Jake Delhomme looked better in week 2, but he still seems off. The Cowboys have sufficient fire power and the home crowd.

The NFL scheduled a great Monday night game in week 3 of the 2009 NFL football season.  Both the Panthers and Cowboys alike are favorites to make a playoff push in 2009, some critics even have the Carolina Panthers representing the NFC in the Superbowl.  The Cowboys would love to see themselves in the Superbowl in Miami at the end of the season but, they will need to prove they can beat teams such as the Panthers to accomplish that task.

But the Panthers already have a negative record of 0-2, which give the Cowboys the chance for redemption from last sunday lost and finally win in their brand new stadium this coming monday.
