Los Angeles Lakers proved yesterday why they are the favorite team to take the title this season. They got the best record in the Western Conference which means HOME COURT ADVANTAGE all the way to the Finals and who is going to stop them …

It will practically take a miracle for the Lakers to lose the series against UTAH JAZZ, it’s just incredible actually that they only won by 10 points in the first game, but the looked so calmed, like it didn’t take any effort to win, KOBE BRYANT scored 24 points and had 8 assists, it wasn’t his best game ever but the whole team cooperated to take the win. Carlos Boozer from the Jazz had 27 points and 9 rebounds which wasn’t bad at all but he’s not capable of handling all the Lakers by himself so in my opinion this series is as good as done.

In the next round Lakers will be facing Houston Rockets or Portland Trailblazers, and that will be a difficult series, it will demand the Lakers to be in their best game to be able to go to the conference finals and there they will face San Antonio Spurs or Dallas Mavericks, both great threats but not as dangerous as the Blazers or the Rockets.

My prediction will be Lakers to win the title there is no question about that, although it won’t be easy at all since Cleveland and Orlando are eager to face them. I guess we will have to wait and see but Lakers won’t have any problems at least in this current series.
